Halloween Treats By Tami Allen This tutorial was written by me, any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely accidental. This tutorial is written for the use of Le Cafe D'Amis to use in an Advanced Cafe by Tami's Creations. It may be used in any way that Le Cafe D'Amis deems necessary. This tutorial was written as a part of my Final Exam in Olive Garden. I had fun writing it and hope you will have fun working it too. Lets start The Fun!! Materials: Filters Unlimited 2.0 Muras Seamless DSB Flux Tube of choice Brush of choice Select a light color for your foreground and a dark color for your background. Set foreground as gradient using these settings: Step 1 Open new transparent image 500 X 500 floodfill with gradient Step 2 Adjust/blur/Guissian blur 10 Step 3 Adjust/add/remove noise/add noise Random 20% monochrome unchecked Step 4 Effects/plugin/DSB filter/Spiderweb use the following settings: Add new raster layer and flood fill with light color Lower opacity to 50% Change your blend mode to Overlay Merge - Merge visible Activate tube image and resize to 450 pixels on the longest side. Adjust/Sharpen once if needed. Step 5 Edit copy activate your merged layer edit paste as a new layer. Move tube to the left side of image. Step 6 Effects Muras Seamless/emboss at alpha use the following settings: Step 7 Effects/Dropshadow/use default Step 8 Image Duplicate Step 9 Image Mirror Step 10 Image /Resize/50% (Resize all layers unchecked) Move to lower right Step 11 Layers Blend Mode/Luminance (L) lower opacity to 65 Close bottom layer merge/ merge visible. Step 12 Layers/new raster Layer Set background to pattern and choose a gold or silver pattern Select a brush and apply to your liking. Effects drop shadow as follows Step 13 Add a new layer add desired text or word art. Add dropshadow as step 7 use a contrasting color to your text. Merge all Flatten Step 14 Image add border 15 in your light color. Step 15 Effects/Plugins/ Filters Unlimited 2.0 Special Effects 2 / Border/White Fade 1 Add new Layer add copyright information and your water mark. Merge all flatten. Resize to suit your needs.
