Tag by Jerri Click here to show me off your results! ![]() Supplies needed: Paint Shop Pro Animation Shop One misted tube (preferably with some type of water showing) One complimentary tube Plug-in Simple / Diamond Filter Almathera / A puddle (Tubes I used are included and you can get them here) Open a 400x400 image, flood fill with a light color from your tube. Adjust/ add noise set at 10. ![]() Duplicate tube and close original. Resize if neccesary, and paste as new layer. Go to image add border 1 pxl dark color from tube, 1 pxl light color from tube, 10 pxl dark color from tube. With magic wand select 10 inch border, adjust/add noise with the same settings used previously, select none. Once again go to image add border, but this time due 2 pxl light, 2 pxl dark, 2 pxl light, and then 20 pxl dark. Using magic wand select 20 pxl dark border, once again add noise using same settings. With border still selected go Effects/Plugins/Simple-Diamonds. ![]() With border still selected go to Effects/Plugins/Simple-Diamonds once again and you get this. ![]() With border still selected go to Effects/3d effects/Inner bevel with these settings. ![]() Select none and go back to image/add border 2 pxl dark and then the same inner bevel settings. Selection, select none. Using your lasso tool draw around area where the water is (or where you want water to be) ![]() Duplicate background layer so you have a total of 4 layers. Close off all layers except the bottom one, make sure this layer is highlighted. ![]() Go to effects Almathera/ A puddle with these settings (these are the Settings I used, you may need to vary these settings depending on The image you have chosen) ![]() Close off this layer open next make sure it highlighted and go to effects Almathera/ A puddle leave all settings the same except scale change it to 43, close off this layer move up to the next once again using the puddle filter leaving all settings the same except scale set it to 46. Close off this layer and open last one and repeat with scale of 50. Once again These are the settings I used and may need to be adjusted for your project. Select None. Add new raster layer, find an unobtrusive place on your project and place your watermark. If you are using a watermark brush tip you may have to click a few times to make it dark enough, just make sure you hold your mouse steady so that the watermark isn't moved. Now open up your other tube, duplicate and close original. Resize if neccesary and paste as a new layer, drop shadow and then merge down so your watermark and tube are on the same layer. Now lets add text, add new raster layer and add your text, choose a font that will complement the tag you have created, add a drop shadow, and then once you are happy with it merge down once again. Now lets move our project over to animation shop. Close 3 middle layers (copy of background) make sure you have the bottom layer highlighted Copy merged and paste as new animation in AS. Go back to psp close off bottom layer open next layer up, make sure you highlight this layer once again copy merged and paste after current frame in AS. continue until all the background layers have been moved over to AS. Once in Animation shop go to Edit and select all frames, and then set frame properties to 45 (speed may need to vary depending on the tag you created. Go to Animation resize animation frames. I resized mine to 75. Go to File/Optimization wizard these settings ![]() If animation seems a little jumpy remove final frame and then check it again.
