I am writing this tutorial so anyone with a basic knowledge of animation shop can do it.

Creating Your Own Tag

First we need to open a new image 350X350. Choose a lighter and darker color from your tube. Flood fill the new image with the lighter color you chose. Go to effects_texture effects_blinds. Choose the settings, width 5_opacity 15_light from left/top as shown in the screenshot below. Where it shows color, right click and choose the darker color you chose from your image. You may have to lower your opacity here. I didn't on mine.

Right click on your tube and copy then go to your image and right click_paste_paste as new layer.
Add a nice drop shadow to your tube. I chose Vertical 2_Horizontal 2_Opacity 70_blur5 and color black.

Now click on your selection tool and select a nice area from your tube. Then go to edit_copy and then edit_paste as new image. Go to your color pallet and click on pattern. Choose the pattern from the image you just made with angle set to 0 and scale 100. This was my settings but if this doesn't work for you then you need to adjust it accordingly so you get an even pattern.
Now go back to your original image and go to layers and merge all flatten.
Now go to Image_add borders and add a 10px border as shown in screen shot below.

Select the border with your magic wand and flood fill with your pattern. Then go to effects_3d effects_inner bevel and choose the settings in the screenshot below.

Selections_select none. Now go to Image_add borders and choose a 20px border in your lighter color. Select this border with your magic wand. Now go to effects_plugins_DC Special_Persian Rug and leave at the factory settings of 255 for both X and Y. Click o.k. I have found that the odd time persian rug does not work unless you defloat your selection first so if you go to Persian rug and don't see a pattern there then go to selections_ defloat and then try it. Now go to effects_3d effects_inner bevel and use the same settings as before. Selections_select none.
Now add a new raster layer and find yourself a nice corner to complement your tag. This time we will do it the easy way instead of duplicating and mirroring and flipping. Once you have found a corner to your liking position it in your left upper corner just inside your first frame. Now go to effects_plugins_Simple and choose Top Left Mirror. You will see an image, of the corner you chose, like the one in the screenshot below. Click o.k. and voila you have all four corners done. Now add a drop shadow to your corners if you want one. I did 2_2_80 blur5 on mine.

Now add a new layer and on this layer you will add a brush or accessories or images to complement your tag. On mine I added the apple brush to the right of the barrel of apples. I did a drop shadow on the apple and then added a new layer and did the "An apple a day keeps the doctor away", brush. Remember to put everything on a new layer but also remember to leave room for your text and watermark. Add a new layer and add your watermark. Lower the opacity on this layer if your watermark is too visible. I lowered mine to 76. Now click on your top layer and merge all flatten.

Now I want you to duplicate your merged layer two times so you have a total of three. Right click on the merged layer and click promote to layer, right click and click on rename. Rename this layer tag 1, rename the next one tag 2, and the final one tag 3. Highlight tag 3 and add your text as vector_ aligned center. Once you are happy with your text right click on your vector layer and click on_convert to raster layer. Now duplicate this layer two more times for a total of three text layers. Right click on the first one and click on rename and name this one text 1, do the same for the next one and rename it text 2, rename the final one text 3. Highlight your text 1 layers and go to Adjust_Add/Remove noise_add noise with gaussian, monochrome checked, noise 15 as shown in screenshot below.

Do the same on your text 2 layer but change the noise to 20. Do the same on the third text layer but change the noise to 25. Once you are finished with the text layers I want you to close off all your layers. Open layer tag 1 and layer text 1 with text one highlighted as shown in the screenshot below.

Now right click on your text 1 layer and merge visible. Now right click on your merged and rename it layer 1. Close this layer off and open your tag 2 layer and your text 2 layer. Highlight your text 2 layer and merge visible. Now click on the merged layer and name it layer 2. Close this layer off and open your tag 3 and your text 3 layers. Highlight your text 3 layer and merge visible. Rename this merged layer, layer 3. You should now have a total of 3 layers. Now you can resize your image to a nice size. No larger than 375 X375. Now go to file and save in .psp format. In PSP 9 I save as Animation Shop (*.psp). In PSP 7 you can save it as Paint Shop Pro Image. Remember what you named it and where you put it. As funny as that sounds I have sometimes had to go hunting for mine.

Now open Animation Shop and go to file and find the one you just saved. Click open. Now go to view and click on animation. Another box will pop up with your animation working. If it is going too fast or too slow you will need to change your frame speeds but in this case the default speed is 10 and 10 works well for glitter. If you should want to change your speed the easiest way is to go to Edit_select all and the go to Animation_frame properties and click on that. You can change the number to what ever number you would like and all your frames will be at that speed. If you just want the speed different on one frame then highlight that frame. If your animation is closed you need to go to Window_Cascade and that will spread your animation out, then highlight the frame you want. Right click and go to frame properties, right click and the same box will appear but this time it will only change the speed in the selected frame. Go to file save as, now make sure it is in the folder you want it saved in. Name your animation and click_save. On the screen that appears click_next. Next again on the next one. Next on the next one. And finish on the final one. Now you have created your own tag.
