You’ll be making a tag like this ![]() What you’ll need: A tube A background graphic DBS Flux Filter #2.Shift D to copy both and then close out the originals. #3.Resize the background to approximately 350 pixels on the largest side. Copy and paste the tube (also resized if necessary) onto your background (lower the opacity if needed) #4.Effects…3D…drop shadow add a drop shadow with these settings: V=2 H=2 Opacity= 30 Blur=3.00 #5.Layers….Merge all flatten #6. Image…Add borders…add a 1 pixel border using a light color from your background #7. Image…Add borders…add a a 1 pixel border using a medium color from your background #8. Image…Add borders…add a a 1 pixel border using a dark color from your background #9. Image…Add borders…add a a 10 pixel background using the light color #10. Use your magic wand to select the light 10 pixel border #11. Click on your clone tool and select a colorful section of your background. Use your clone tool (right click on the part you wish to clone then left click it into the selected part of your frame…you’ll have to right click the clone tool approximately once for every two left clicks) to fill your 10 pixel border. #12. Select all #13. Selections…Modify… contract 13 pixels…invert ….. Effects…3d effects… #14. Inner Bevel using these settings: (soft edge preset) ![]() #15. Repeat steps 6-8 twice then add a 20 pixel border using your light color #16. Select this border with your magic wand and apply a kaleidoscope effect. Effects…Image effects…Kaleidoscope I used these settings but you should choose a setting that works for your creation ![]() Blinds and apply using these settings: These are my settings but you’ll have to adjust the settings to work with your graphic…play with the settings until you find something you like ![]() (select a color to match your creation) ![]() #19. Repeat steps 6-8 twice then add a 30 pixel border of your light color #20. add a 1 pixel border using your dark color #21. Repeat steps 6-8 once more #22. Merge all flatten if you see more than one layer in your layer palette #23. Using your watermark brush add your mark to anyplace BUT the 30 pixel border #24. Duplicate this layer twice (you should now have three layers total) #25. Select the top layer #26. Select the 30 pixel border with your magic wand. (adjust the hue on all three layers if you think the border is too light etc…) and Effects 3d effects …apply an inner bevel with these settings: ![]() Bright noise with these settings: (you may have to adjust depending on the size of your graphic) Intensity=14 Mix Then select the next layer and apply the dbs flux again changing the intensity to 12 Repeat for the bottom layer changing the intensity to 10 Select None ***Resize to 400 on the longest side…sharpen*** Make sure that all layers in your palette are open then #28. Save this as a psp file (name it so you can find it again :) #29. Open animation shop #30. Open the saved psp file #31. Click on View animation ![]() #32. Then with it still open copy the top layer only go to FILE Export Frames and export it back to psp #33. Add a new raster layer #34. Add your text now with any bevel or shadow you like #35. Copy the layer then cut #36. Open animation shop again and paste as a new animation #37. Duplicate twice (for a total of three layers) #38. Click the first frame and EDIT…select all on both the text and your animated tag #39. Drag the text and position it where you want on the tag (if not correct edit undo drag and try again #40.
